You probably remember last year`s contest in France: Red Bull Paris Conquest.
Introducing a new contest format: after a general qualifier split in rounds of 3 riders, skaters play one on one rounds, like a game of SKATE. What makes this contest so special is that the course recreates legendary spots from the city it takes place in!
A couple of weeks ago, Red Bull Portugal invited us to participate as a media partner. This edition was in the Portuguese capital, Lisbon. We flew straight to the neighbour country and spent an entire weekend full of skateboarding! We were thankful to join this incredible team of skaters: Julia Brueckler, Rafaela Costas, Mónica Torres, Aldana Bertrán, Guadalupe Orellana, Roos Zwetsloot, Dominica Kralikova, Andrea Benítez, Marina Gabriela, Charlotte Hym and Gabriela Santana.
The girls pushed their limits, making us enjoy every moment of the contest!
A competition full of emotion and camaraderie, where anything can happen until the very last moment.
These were the results: Roos Zwetzloot took 1st place, Marina Gabriela 2nd, Aldana Bertrán 3rd and Julia Brueckler 4rd. Huge congrats to them all!
